Looking at the salaried employees saw a name I recognized from an old dig - Christine Habib. Went to DoS FOIA reading room and found her. Formerly with iEarn.

iEarn has over $67 Million dollars worth of grants from the USG. Will see if I can figgur out if there was corresponding increase of spending when HRC was around.
