The investigation will most likely turn on the Dems.
The lesson learned from Rachel Mitchel, the prosecutor brought in to examine Ford, it she was gentle. There were no soundbite to be replayed endlessly of old white men berating a poor defenseless woman. Yet the end result, "would not take it to court." There was no there there.
That's what I expect from an FBI investigation. Only even more of a nothing there there in Ford's story.
So it falls back on the Dems and what they were up to.
Flake may have played them. And RR may have helped that out.
Also, she expected to be grilled like Anita Hill. Sexual history, etc. disproves veracity of sexual assault.
What she got was a trained sexual prosecutor examining her who called her story "unfit for court." That's an even stronger claim against her.
