Saturn in Capricorn (gov’t) directly squares (block/ obstacle) Sun in Libra (Law Court) 2 degrees on Sept 24 (Mon) to Sept 26 (Wed). Square continues but gets weaker every day until done Oct 7 (Sun).

Law court decision:

Sun and Mercury (decisions) in Libra (Law Court) are conjunct (joined - increase power) thru Oct 4 (Thu). Best to have Kavanaugh vote by Thursday Oct 4. After that date a Sun square (obstacle) to Pluto in Capricorn (big govt, secret plots) gets stronger being exact on Oct 12 (Fri).

BIG GOVT CHANGE:

Saturn in Capricorn (OLD govt) is making a long term trine (easy power movement) to Uranus (shocking change - NEW) in Taurus, now thru November 6, 2018 (midterm elections) at which time the energy for change in old govt fades until 2019.

Saturn in Capricorn (Old govt) after Nov 6, 2018 midterms moves toward a powerful long term conjunction (power increase) with Pluto in Capricorn (revolution in govt). They are both now “retrograde” (clean up, redo) until Saturn goes direct on Sept 18, 2019. Oct 3, 2019 Pluto also goes direct. Meaning we are then (Oct to Jan) steam rolling toward revolutionary change in Big Govt with the energy peeking Jan 7, 2020 thru Jan 23, 2020.
