You could have a browser injection issue.

1. download a replacement browser from the website. consider that firefox, chrome and IE are all Cabal controlled; if you so choose, use a third party browser like pale moon, komodo or brave.

2. export your bookmarks

3. delete your browser.

4. delete all of the browser folders.

5. install the new browser.
