My first question is: how is THIS particular effort being coordinated by the government, when we know the guy worked with DARPA to begin with?…Kind of sounds like the CPFB, Pocahontas's pet draconian institution.

Create a government problem, solve it with another government problem that's worse than the first.

100%. I was grabbed by a pedo in a drugstore on my sister's 9th birthday, I was 12. I remember EVERYTHING that happened. Even what happened BEFORE he grabbed me, when it was just another ordinary trip to the drug store. I remember word-for-word what he said to me. I remember what he was wearing. I remember him following me around before he grabbed me. I remember what the staff at the store said when I burst in to tears and told them what happened. I remember going home in the car, I remember what seat I was in. I remember being home afterwards, I remember the weather. Every freaking detail. The year? 1985.

Furthermore, although I hardly ever tell the story, I certainly don't need notes to describe it, and I most definitely don't break out in to tears. She's a liar and not even a good actor. A good actor would know not to cry during the whole thing. Maybe a tear for effect somewhere in the middle.
