It was my understanding that if the President's nominations are systematically blocked; then the President is legally allowed to recess the Senate and fill all the posts he needs as recess appointments.

Also, if the Justice system is rendered corrupt or dysfunctional by Democrat actions, the dispensation of Justice reverts to Military Tribunals..

That looks like the direction we are moving in.

Everything the Democrats do to damage the Justice system strengthens the President's hand..
