Its poss there is no statute of limitation on AN ACTUAL RAPE, but this was merely a suggested groping issue. IMHO there is a diff in how they are handled legally.

Meaning that while the words "no statute of limitations" may have been uttered during the hearing, it doesn't mean it would have applied to the actual situation (groping). Attorneys are notorious for leading you down a path with specific key word to make you believe certain things that, when rereadreheard, can mean something totally diff.
