Anons know JF is a Cabal puppet, given his statements (comparing POTUS to Stalin), associations along w/ his deep ties to No Name. He was No Name's political mini-me.
Q has clearly iden'd ES as a Cabal/Club Member. We also know that ES set up the Cabal/Clown private comms operation in NK.
In Cuba, JF's purpose was clearly to provide ES w/ diplomatic cover. On ES' private "comms" trip to NK, ES used same pattern bringing another well-known Cabal puppet, Amb. Bill Richardson, to provide him w/ the diplomatic cover requir'd..
Just like ES in NK, Were JF & ES attempting to set up a new private "comms" system in Cuba under the protection of Raul Castro's rogue Communist Regime to replace the comms system "they" lost in NK?
Maybe the trip/mtg was part of an effort to set up/expand a Cabal/Clown black opps site along w/ private comms that had been set up in 2016 under Hussein Admin.
JF and ES seems to be to be "signaling" this "comms" operation goal in their public statements from Havana:

Note that ES was no longer an official officer of Alphabet/Goog, as he resigned from his post as Exec.Chairman of Alphabet on 12/21.
Note that GOOG under the Hussein-era detente had signed a deal w/ Raul Castro Gov't to expand their internet services in Cuba and had set up a "pilot display center". GOOG has an established comms opp in Cuba.
Hussein put a high value on propping up Castro's Cuban Regime economically and diplomatically 2015-16. This is consistent with Hussein's foreign policy pattern of propping up the Mullahs in Iran, a locale Q has told us is absolutely key for the Cabal black opps
( i.e. The Sum of All Fears). If propping up Cuba was important to the Grand Puppet himself (Hussein). then it must be a vital locale for the Cabal.
Thus, JF and ES' "diplomatic trip" to Cuba seems to be publicly signaling the Cabal's attempt/plan to undermine the POTUS' policy of reversing Hussein's policy in Cuba. JF states as much from Cuba:
"I have never been in favor of the embargo, but of normalizing relations between the two countries,” Flake said in Havana on Monday… According to the Foreign Ministry, Flake and the Cuban diplomatic team “dialogued over relations between Cuba and the United States and the negative impact of the regress produced by the Trump administration’s undoing of predecessor Barack Obama’s appeasement policy with the Castro regime."
Note at the UN this week, POTUS attacked Venezuelan Pres. Maduro and put his Cuban Communist ally on notice:
