Phone fagging here - the pic Q posted (and deleted?) of the airplane seat was a United (UA) 787 in business class.

UA currently operates two versions of the 787: 787-800 and the 787-900.

While I am unable to tell you if this was a 788 or 789, I can tell you this is a picture of “zone 2”, that is the rear business class cabin located behind the second pair of doors.
