That deadline is not the same in each state…
United 787 doesn't fly to Washington except from Beijing, London Heathrow, Paris-Charles de Gaulle, and Sao Paulo.. so unlikely.
Er, and Denver, supposedly.
The bright light suggests it's daylight. The TVs being OFF suggest it's on the ground and not in the air.
And to further extrapolate, The TVs being off also suggest that it's parked (at a gate or otherwise) and between flights. It's been cleaned, and the plastic bag carrying pillows is placed on the seat it's focusing on, so it is before passengers board. Either ground staff/ flight staff/ or a VIP passenger who was allowed to board extremely early, as the flight crew usually don't turn on the entertainment systems until closer to boarding time.
Go look at a ton of pictures taken from inside a plane from the middle rows during the day. How many of them can you see a clear shot of outside? Here's a few for reference.
Also been on more planes than I can count, so experience also helps.
