So if Feinstein is somehow forced to resign between now and election day, then her seat could actually be flipped. Since now it's between her and another Dem, but then it could be between the number 2 and 3 vote getter. If that's how the process works?
I realize that and right now it's 2 Dems. What I meant was if Feinstein is forced out before the election, would it then be between DeLeon(D) and Bradley(R) who came in third?
