However, it is more complex because when you're REALLY good at something the cabal wants, then they will infiltrate you using the clowns. This is where my comments come in. You need to know much more about your staff, your suppliers' staff, your (and their) communications channels, etc.

metal will attenuate [reduce] signal strength. gold paint would probably be better than gold plating. a large dish would compensate for signal loss in covering. material the dome was built out of was probably very transparent to radio. with a dish that size, they could monitor and communicate with anything in the sky, attenuation or not.
