I shouldn't have said always, but usually. They want to get as many facts beforehand in order to refute possible contradictions. This is why Hillary went last, except that wasn't a real investigation.

My theory was the reason her testimony was vague if not missing on detail, was she was hypnotized based on Mark Judge's book. Too much detail, other than the alleged assault, would be subject to scrutiny and who lived where when. Can't say your parent picked you up if employment records could show out of town, working late, etc.
So could this be the "highway" in which they have all been communicating with each other also??
