Yep. Prisoners can be forced to work for nothing or next to nothing while the state profits off their work. It's in the text of the amendment. They've turned incarceration into a way to produce shit cheaply. I don't have any problem throwing people in prison for crimes, but using the system to get cheap or free labor? Fuck all.
