They are children, who will never grow up so will always need people from gubmint who are here to babysit them.
The OLD GUARD will simply be replaced by a NEW GUARD from the current look of things. The truth will never be allowed to have its day, from the current look of things.
We do that already, and are called fruitloops, nutcases, and conspiracy theorists. Meanwhile the government continues to hide the truth and support that status quo. Unless Q means that the evidence will be publicly available for anyone who wants to investigate it and see it, this shit will go on forever until humanity either learns the lesson or destroys itself.
