hmm upon rerading your post again i think i misinterpreted it.
your saying the cia had backdoors in windows, (true) and kaspersky plugged it up so they couldnt use it anymore (likely and possible hadnt heard this though) which i have to agree seems alot more likely then the inverse that i falsly interpreted,. sorry.
