Why do they always use the Mentally ill for patsies? Even if they are just paid actors playing the part of mentally ill ; Or normal people put through one of their MKultra programs?!
Are there "special gifts" which can turn into diseases if the environment is not appropriate?
Was the promotion of LSD by the CIA and attempt to induce outright psychosis in members of the population who were susceptible to that?
Is that why the initial name for LSD was "mimics Psychosis"
Was it a program to weaken the population which targeted a subset?

If the serious mentally ill are treated in a timely manner the cost goes down.
If the cases are managed correctly, the cost goes down.
