One possible interpretation of (#231] RED_1 and RED_2 are Gorsuch and Kav?

At beginning of drop #229 the 1 and 2 are missing after RED_ and following stringers resemble court cases (Freedom v ……]

Red has so many meanings in the drops but those 2 seem to fit the latest RED cross hint of [R]’s and [D]’s at opposing ends with the [E]lection as the pivot point in the middle.
