Extension of Designation of Somalia for TPS (Temporary Protected Status):
The 18-month extension of the TPS designation of Somalia is effective September 18, 2018, and will remain in effect through March 17, 2020. The 60-day re-registration period runs from August 27, 2018 through October 26, 2018. (Note: It is important for re-registrants to timely re-register during this 60-day period and not to wait until their EADs expire.)
