Our Guatemalan "representative" (as you have called him below) is under investigation for money laundering and adoption crimes by the MP in Guatemala. He is a criminal. Our agency (Adoption Blessings Worldwide) was involved in the kidnapping of "Angie" and closed down in July, 2008 under numerous allegations of fraud. This agency, who was owned by had clg6;c1 down another agency due to the same allegations of offering "un-adoptable" children from Vietnam years earlier. So, I doubt that a person with s ethics would report fraud to the USE, either. B6

Why the individuals exposed for this fraud are not being charged with fraud is beyond comprehension. I have seen the DNA tests of both znd three other stolen children referred to US citizens, and cbe FOUR had Grupo Pediatrico and/or rn their DNA tests (like ours) '''none are USE Panel B6

Because these children were stolen, there is no other explanation how these children passed the DNA tests unless the DNA was switched.
