I think this is a defunct page, or messed up. It says

Office Sought: House, Hawaii

 

But she's in the Senate, US

 

It lists her as Incumbent, and she's certainly not a member of the House. Was she ever a member of the US House of Representatives?

In the two party system, basicallly you have to pick your party and, at least for legislative jobs, always vote for that party's candidates.

Well you're right it's a fight. For the Dems, they could lose rulings on immigration, and "Chevron deference", these are critical.

 

That's why the Dems are pulling out all stops including losing races in the upcoming midterms because of their insane panicky behavior.
