Due Process applies to everyone, which means proving that assets are used/result of criminal activity BEFORE they are seized.
We, myself included, are being deprived of our property with NO DUE PROCESS, deprived of the use of property to mount legal defense while being railroaded into pleading to charges that are complete bullshit.
