One thing that always baffled me about RR..I don't trust him since he is too tied into a lot of fuckery. But he seems happy and personable. You can tell he is well liked in the DC Cocktail crowd. I'm generally good at reading people and he comes across as smart and happy. I don't get the evil vibe from him. Still don't trust him. I'd think he and Potus talk off the record quite a bit.
