I know someone, being treated for alcoholism by a psychiatrist, who was prescribed adderal. He literally kept in his ashtray in the car and reached in and bit off little bits as he drove. He claimed it was invented for astronauts and pilots to keep them alert and that he had ADHD. Totally bogus. Wink wink. He had good insurance for the psychiatrist.
