Read up on Vitamin K2. It helps move calcium from undesirable locations, i.e. soft tissue, arteries, etc., to desirable locations like bones and teeth.
I've had high(er) blood pressure all my life (65 years) and I tried K2 with Vitamin D3 three months ago. My blood pressure in now normal. (I started eating a lot of green leafy vegetables too).
I think the K2 helped to decalicify my arteries, lowering my blood pressure.
