I was thinking the 30 minutes is the duration of the test as in the time it takes for it to go off coast to coast, I was thinking it would only go off for like a minute or 2, I may be wrong.
The plan I believe involves the resetting of the banking industry and also cuts off the funds to the cabal to totally collapse them once and for all,which would take 2 weeks,10 business days, guess we'll see as always.
