ALLENTOWN, Pa. - A shelter will be set up at the East Side Youth Center in Allentown for people displaced after a deadly car explosion in the city Saturday night, police chief Tony Alsleben said in a press conference Sunday.
The Red Cross had set up a temporary shelter in Allentown after the explosion.
The organization had set up the shelter at Cleveland Elementary School, 424 N. 9th St., Allentown, for anyone displaced by the ongoing police incident.
Alsleben said a shuttle bus will pick up people at the school at 8:00 p.m. to transport them to the youth center at 1140 East Clair Street.
