It's 02:30 Eastern time right now, and my guess is if the FBI said that, their background check is already complete and they're just sitting on it for a few more hours so people can get a few hours sleep
Another Twatter predicted that Kavanaugh would be confirmed by tomorrow night (this seems optimistic, but w/e)
