there was a mention of that EBS Test last week stating Thursday was supposed to have been the date of the test. I'm pretty sure this one is gonna happen, seeing DOH official tweeted it out with even a precise time of initiation along with a duration of 30 min…..I kinda feel a bit bad for some of those whom have chosen to remain "asleep" as a 30 minute test is bound to wake them up a bit rudely…..I am also pretty confident that is part of the plan actually…
Not for the EBT testing……if you are speaking of the Kav situation, all that has been speculated upon was an anon's announcement that the FBI would conclude their investigation today. Might not be on the same page as you in regards to the EBT time and place. The DOH tweeted the details early this A.M. What I spoke of was a random post about EBT I happened to come across earlier in the week. Must be the "timelines changing" :)

taking this narrative a bit farther…Thomas Wictor posted quite the analysis about Milano's presence at the Kav hearing which included 2 interactions with the security detail…the first being that she had a "sign" which security had relieved her of as it was not allowed. Can't quite remember the second interaction with security, but she was "given" another sign I believe. She also broke the rules by recording with her phone. Wictor had hypothesized the recording was for realistic distance measurements, as the primary media cameras were head on with compressed lenses. The looks she had on her face at times indicated anger and hatred, and her defiance of security on these issues were purposefully done so as to "test the waters" so to speak…for what is anyone's guess, but Wictor also hypothesized it was all a form of "dry run" to attempt to get close to a target, which based upon her actions I concurred with. Wicktor has since been banned and the analysis post deleted.

Wouldn't this literally break apart ACLU's credibility to the point the cases they have been involved with actually lose power of precident set, if any, as well as other cases won/lost being affected too? Not a law fag in that sense really.
