Says it leads to room with 6 arm chairs in circle; each has phone and scanner. Says also cells and a way out of park.

Not completely their fault, but agree 100%. Tavistock helped set this up. Institutional complicity and job security helps. Our doctors weren't bought, they were sold to the highest bidders. The ENTIRE SYSTEM is corrupt to the core.
