Well, you know that data collected by NSA spying
Cannot be used as evidence in a court of law
But it can be used…. somewhere….
Where?
Imagine that a Senate committee doing a job interview
Had a National Security concern
And wanted to make sure that last minute claims
Against a Supreme Court candidate
Were not being orchestrated by some espionage tricks
Or some foreign intelligence service.
They could have asked for information
On certain people/events to be released
To an ICE/HSI investigator who held the appropriate security clearance level.
See how this works?
All the fuss about the FBI was part distraction
And partly trying to trick Repubs into depending on the one law enforcement agency
Where the Deep State still has some trusted people embedded.
But there ARE other agencies.
