Sept 20th was the original date for the EAS test, as well as the confirmation vote for Brett. Knowing the confirmation vote would be delayed, the EAS followed suit. It seems very likely with all the new findings in his case that would exonerate him, what's to stop the confirmation vote from happening either tomorrow or on Wednesday? If that happens, the FISA declassification would most likely happen then too, and then the EAS following suit.

It doesn't seem that far-fetched to me, what do Anons think?
