ya'll are stupid when it comes to "who is Q" , "who is Q+". Q is a representative of Q+, so it is totally irrelevant who holds the device. Q+ is as broad as you make it. The short answer is less than 10, but they represent a much broad movement where millions of people are aware of different parts of the plan. This would probably be called Q++, which even people on this board are a part of.
