Lie.
Not only is the little girl's arms very different in appearance (sleeve, hand position), the 14 pieces of painter's masking tape are very different on the left and right arms.
So, Alefantis tells the world that a little girl has 14 pieces of tape trapping her to the table, torso pressed tightly so she is immobilized, all done by a young sibling.
