Not trying to shill, I think it's worth a try. Designating online media sites really is what Google,Twitter,FB and the like as being part of the Public Square is what they are most afraid of... so either it's a baited trap, or it's something we should consider doing. Worth discussion, at least, don't you think? Could be done with an EO.

Or - a Presidential Proclamation. We've only had one of those intended to free the slaves. I think POTUS might like the idea of freeing all Americans from Twitter Jail... or Facebook Jail...
