2nd most common, storing/consuming drugs or other illicit substances up your ass.
1st most common is “butt fuck”. Combining the beginning of each word. Bufu, Boofu, & Boof are interchangeable.
Less common definitions for “boof“:

-poofy head, or pubic, hair
