You know, I wonder if the cabal has a rotating list of "keywords" that the algorithm recognizes and promotes.
That way you don't have to whitelist/blacklist people you want to promote/demote you simply give them the current list of "keywords."
If they use one of these words their post is automatically given more weight for the algorithm. Just a thought.
It wouldn't have to be very secret. It's rotating so even if someone got a hold of the list to promote their tweets it wouldn't work for very long.
If they did have to do it all secret like I could see them using the crossword section of a newspaper to disseminate words.
