Wayback shows a lot of sketchy tenants. For instance, one random nonprofit is the "Shaler Adams Foundation" for which a quick google shows donations to Diane Feinstein of $2000 for the 2018 election cycle.

I think most of the tenants were/are shell corps funneling money to Democratic PACs.
