Tennessee is a beautiful state Anon. Amazing people who are kind and friendly. It’s on my list of retire to states. That and the North Carolina mountains. Stay safe in the badlands until you get to retire.
I do like the mid West a lot. But yeah, unfortunately I’ve seen more than my fair share of stuff through my life. I’d prefer lots of land backing up to a mountain.
