You mean the same ABA that has received over $280 Million dollars in contracts and grants since 2007? That ABA?

It could be legit - but seems slightly shaky out of the gate since they $$ started flowing in 2007. Not a complete dig by any means, but the largest grant was for the Ukraine. No idea what the NA is…anyone?
