Good morning, anons. Was going over notables and saw this one

and thought it was pretty interesting. The article it cited is here:

My thought, is that they may have been able to update the record, but there should be NEWSPAPERS that might have the information in them. I haven't been able to find anything, as of yet, so looking for some help if anyone knows how to dig up this type of info. I believe that the traffic charge on june 14 is related to the criminal charges filed on the 17th. Ie. they were "upgraded" somehow. Anyway, looking for help with this dig, if anyone knows how to dig quickly. I'm headed back to search engine, then will try newpapers.com
