I think the official vote will be Wednesday Oct 3rd, the same day as TRUMPS EAS test. For some reason they are closely linked. Perhaps Kavanaugh confirmed will send them so far over the edge TRUMP must deliver the "My fellow Americans" line we are all lusting for.
