If he learned of it from a friend who had been contacted by a news publication, then, it was public before he knew about it.

If he learned of it from a publication, or from someone who read it before he had, then, again it was public before he knew about it.

If he got a heads-up from someone who caught wind of it before publication, because questions were being asked by someone, that might be a gray area but not very significant in context of the questioning he respond to at the hearing.

Until the word was out and about, he had no direct knowledge of it.

Regarding Q 111 and Q 142

Q 111: The complete picture would put 99% of Americans (the World) in a hospital.

Q 142: The truth would put 99% of people in the hospital. It must be controlled.

Now, how to read this?

In each of these two Q Posts this notion of a revelation putting people in the hospital was preceded by discussion of dark secrets.

Q 142:

Bloodlines of 3 families.

WWII / Hitler.

Soros / Merkel.

Titanic.

The FED.

Hindenburg.

One theme appeared to be false history / mass brainwashing.

Q 111:

HUMA (the organization).

SA and Hussein and MB.

SA and Las Vegas.

Senior politicians and Fantasy Land.

Theme of very recent, current, political corruption on unbelievable level.

The two remarks on putting people in hospital seems to be about a reaction that almost all of us will have when we know the truth and have the complete picture. Perhaps, as many Anons can attest, a slower acclimatizing helps one adjust and adapt. It is still a shock that most of us dealt with (deal with) outside of hospital treatment -- at least, I think, it is reasonable to say that far less than 99% of us have been hospitalized after learning truth and a good portion of the big picture.

Okay, we do not know what we do not know. So hard to say how much of the truth we have yet to learn and how much of the complete picture we have yet to piece together and assimilate.

If almost all of us would be so deeply disturbed by the truth and the complete picture, then, what can we say of those who are active with this knowledge at this moment? The few in whom we entrust the country, in the Q movement? Are they past hospitalization?

Here is what I know. In special joint operations by elite forces within military there are those who have taken on burdens most of would never choose. These are heavy on mental health. Must be tougher than a bucket of bolts and rivets. Hard on oneself. Hard crust to protect those near and dear from it all.

Once in deep enough, the feeling is to protect others. Think of the story of heroes in battle who shield the wounded or shield civilians against shrapnel and hails of bullets. Think of emergency room specialists who get to work despite the human suffering. They do it so others do not have to.

But even these hard and strong and resilient top citizens succumb to the weight, eventually. And so that is the price they pay for the rest. Sometimes willingly but also more dutifully once in deep enough.

If these are society's shields, then, they protect even the tips of the spear.

That said, if the cost is so high to those who learn the truth and know the complete picture, then, we must also understand that there is great need for "checks and balances" on the power these few exercise. And that is the paradox of Q and Q+, yes.

Who watches the watchers?

It seems that at this moment in history the watchers have invited Anons to a duty to which our knowledge binds us -- as their knowledge binds them. We are bound together.
