Not sure if related or not but there's definitely some chem/bio fuckery going on here. Apparently bio specialists under the employ of the Pentagon have been afforded diplomatic status to conduct related research in Tblisi, Georgia. Article describes in depth.

It also contains pics and documentation showing this has been going on for quite some time.

Well worth a read. I found it interdasting considering the above mentioned post and what happened today with the ricin mailings.
