Question regarding the 14th Amendment, Section 3

If between the release of the sealed indictments and FISA DECLAS some number of senators are found guilty of treason wouldn’t that immediately reduce the number of senators available to vote?

Not sure how fast it could happen, but if we could get rid of a few Democrat votes and still have a quorum, we’d be able to vote Justice Kavanaugh in without worrying how Flake and others are going to vote
