I know there are secret groups of people that get together and pray and get specific instructions from Jesus on what to do. These are people who really move in the power of God. when they get together things happen.
It’s only done in secret because of how much witchcraft is thrown to defeat it. It’s unbelievable what they will do to make your prayers and warfare if no effect. Literally have to have people just doing warfare to protect the ones hearing from God. It’s not secret because they are some holy rollers, it’s for protection so I imagine there could be all kinds of secret groups for good but are not known for protection.
