Hillary Clinton: Kavanaugh’s political hit job claim is laughable
Hillary Clinton on Tuesday scoffed at Judge Brett Kavanaugh’s claim that there was a political hit job being carried out against him “on behalf of the Clintons” — saying the accusation “deserves a lot of laughter.”
“Boy, I’ll tell you, they give us a lot of credit,” Clinton said while speaking at The Atlantic Festival in Washington.
“For anyone who believes there’s such a thing as judicial temperament and that we want judges, particularly those on our highest court to approach issues, approach plaintiffs and defendants with a sense of fairness — there’s a lot to be concerned about.”
