Any comicfags around? Have you read or looked into the DC series Dark Nights Metal?

The plot is interesting to say the least, regarding its eerie resemblance to our current timeline of events and knowledge gained.

Currently phonefagging and going by memory, so correct me if I'm wrong on certain details.

The villain in this series is a god they call Barbatos, Barbatos resides in the Dark multiverse or the mirror to the Pos. Multiverse. They depict him as a giant evil Batman. One day he happened to catch a glimpse of Batman while Bats was being flung through time, and noticed that Batman's symbol resembled his, he decided then that he was going to use Bats as a gateway to the Positive Multiverse by setting a plan in motion that would eventually lead to his arrival, wherein he destroys everything.

Here's the strange part, the people responsible for bringing Barbatos to the pos. Multiverse are his worshippers,

THE COURT OF OWLS

They succeeded in bringing Barbatos into their multiverse by forcing Batman to consume metals from an owl shrine, and then spilling his blood to release the final metal to open up a portal.

Not only that, but the illumimati plays a role in this story as well, however they were merely puppets of the Court of Owls, who was shown to be the ones controlling everything behind the scenes, similar to our own owl worshippers. They also thrown in CERN for good measure, and if you know about the strange satanic shit surrounding CERN then this would make more sense to you as why it's a weird coincidence it would show up in this story.

I realize they enjoy throwing what they really do behind the scenes in our faces masked as fiction knowing we'd never think otherwise, but it's spoopy even though I know all this.
