why would you put jpg in a file name prior to the .jpg? unless JPG -Large means something. Like Joint Planning Group-used by the Dept of Defense in crisis situations and martial law enactment.
Distinct possibility that Q is signalling National Emergency and Martial Law NOW. Could the FEMA text be it?
