Q referred to Snowden as @Snowden three different times. I'm thinking Snowden is just a twitter account used by clowns to speak in code to each other. Whoever is playing the role of Edward Snowden is an actor/clown and Snowden is not his real name. John Barlow was probably the original "Snowden".
